Learn What’s New for 2024

At Delta, we know one of the best investments we make is supporting the wellness of our employees. That’s why we continue to stay focused on delivering choice, flexibility and value through comprehensive benefits that help you and your family maintain your whole health.

Here’s a peek into open enrollment:

Delta remains committed to paying the majority of costs for our medical options. For 2024, premiums for the Copay Option, as well as the Gold HSA and Silver HSA options, will increase as a result of rising healthcare costs. Premiums for Basic and Comprehensive dental options and for vision coverage will not change.

New for 2024, CVS Caremark will be our pharmacy benefit manager. This means that you can get your prescriptions filled at more pharmacies, including Rite Aid, Walgreens and Duane Reade, and have access to several new programs to help you save on your prescriptions. With this change, you will receive new medical ID cards in December.

The IRS is increasing the minimum required deductibles for high deductible health plans, like our HSA options. HSA contribution limits will also increase, helping you set aside more pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses.

Now is the time to reflect on the coming year and consider your benefit choices. Review this site and the other resources available to help you understand your options and what’s changing for 2024. Then be sure to enroll Nov. 1–17, 2023, to choose the coverage you need for next year.
